Last Chance to Enjoy Vegan Fall with These Recipes! | ZardyPlants

I've come to a sad realization, Reader. Fall has pretty much ended this year (at least here in Illinois, where it's been colder and we've even had snow recently).

Don't get me wrong, I know fall technically ends on December 21st but that's what the calendar says. Only a handful of trees still have leaves, I'm wearing my winter coat and gloves for the dog walk, and the wind isn't a cool breeze but a reminder of what's to come. So long, sweater weather.

This also means that fall recipes are going away soon too. The mystique of pumpkin pie spice doesn't last long after Thanksgiving (and I see a lot of people with their Christmas stuff up already!).

So before fall is completely banished, let's have one last hurrah! These recipes are some of my favorites, including some of the most fall-packed sides and breakfasts that we have on ZardyPlants.
