Hey Reader,

It's time... for Vegan Thanksgiving Recipes! U.S. Thanksgiving will be here in less than a month! (My sincere apologies to my Canadian readers who have already had their Thanksgiving. I hope you had a lovely holiday. Many of the recipes below would be lovely for Christmas or any other holiday dinner you have planned.)

I've come to a sad realization, Reader. Fall has pretty much ended this year (at least here in Illinois, where it's been colder and we've even had snow recently).
