Hey Internet! We've been creating vegan meat replacement recipes for over 4 years now with Zardyplants. We've made all sorts of mock meats from seitan to tofu to soy curls and more. There's a lot of great ways to get amazing flavors without harming anyone!

That's why I gathered all my (and a few of my friends') recipes in one blog post. With over 100 recipes and more on the way, it's a great way to learn what everything is made out of, how to cook it, and what meals to make with it.

I've come to a sad realization, Reader. Fall has pretty much ended this year (at least here in Illinois, where it's been colder and we've even had snow recently). Don't get me wrong, I know fall technically ends on December 21st but that's what the calendar says.
